The Institution seeks to better understandthe needs of learners in the workplace and their employers in a region in which the public sector and SME's dominate employer groups, with third sector engagement increasing. Ensuring access to such groups & illustrating the relevance of WBL as well as defining key learning areas, many of which transcend sectors is key to continued success. |
Objectives |
To ensure that the Institution's provision is resposive to the needs of learners in a range of working contexts by providing a learning environment which is developmental, flexible, responsive andrelevant . |
