The Institution seeks to better understandthe needs of learners in the workplace and their employers in a region in which the public sector and SME's dominate employer groups, with third sector engagement increasing. Ensuring access to such groups & illustrating the relevance of WBL as well as defining key learning areas, many of which transcend sectors is key to continued success.    
Objectives To ensure that the Institution's provision is resposive to the needs of learners in a range of working contexts by providing a learning environment which is developmental, flexible, responsive andrelevant .
