Self assessment guidelines	Programmes align with key employer motivators & strategic goals such as workforce skills development and skills utilisation, acquiring and retaining key staff, promoting entrepreneurship/drive and meeting regulatory/standardisation demands. Programmes align with employee personal needs and facilitate career progression and life-long learning. WBL is embedded in employer appraisal systems.
