  • Programmes align with key employer motivators & strategic goals such as workforce skills development and skills utilisation, acquiring and retaining key staff, promoting entrepreneurship/drive and meeting regulatory/standardisation demands.
  • Programmes align with employee personal needs and facilitate career progression and life-long learning.
  • WBL is embedded in employer appraisal systems.

  • Processes in place to establish employer motivators/strategic goals
  • Processes in place to establish employee needs including understanding career progression options
  • Materials to support employers with WBL and integrating this with their systems
