Evidence might include
Faculties/departments have connections and relationships with employers (e.g. marketing).
Employers are engaged at the beginning with new curriculum design, and they keep in contact to monitor changing needs and ensure contact with multiple representatives so that work is not lost when a crucial employee moves on.
