- There is a simple web based system for learners to register on a WBL course and make payments.
- The system supports payment by the employing organisation for either individual learners or a cohort.
- The system supports payment on a per module basis.
- Learner registration/induction/student records processes/systems reflect flexible start/end dates and remote learning.

Evidence to look for |
- An online registration systems that includes WBL
- There a clear and visible policy on payment via invoice to employer, on terms and conditions.
- If credit is advanced to an employer payment terms and conditions (such as pro-forma invoice discounts, sanctions if payment late etc.) are clear and unambiguous.
- Typical practice of private sector training providers has been investigated and taken into account.
