The necessary systems and processes are in place to allow WBL/employers to register, pay and enrol on courses.

Self assessment guidelines
  • There is a simple web based system for learners to register on a WBL course and make payments.
  • The system supports payment by the employing organisation for either individual learners or a cohort.
  • The system supports payment on a per module basis.
  • Learner registration/induction/student records processes/systems reflect flexible start/end dates and remote learning. 
Evidence to look for
  • An online registration systems that includes WBL
  • There a clear and visible policy on payment via invoice to employer, on terms and conditions.
  • If credit is advanced to an employer payment terms and  conditions (such as pro-forma invoice discounts, sanctions  if payment late etc.) are clear and unambiguous.
  • Typical practice of private sector training providers has been investigated and taken into account.
